Michael DeKort Not Alone in False Claims Act Suit Against Lockheed Martin

On May 12th of this year, the United States District Court, Central District of California, Western Division unsealed the False Claims Act suit brought by Darrol Olsen against Lockheed Martin. Olsen’s complaint is related the Air Force F-22 Raptor.

I am glad I was able to help Mr Olsen, refer him to my attorney and help bring these claims against Lockheed on behalf of the government. It’s a shame Lockheed Martin focuses more on PR and damage control than getting these things right in the first place.
