U.S. Coast Guard Commandant Admiral Thad Allen will participate in a Change of Command ceremony for the Coast Guard’s Pacific Area in which Vice Admiral Jody Breckenridge will relieve Vice Admiral David Pekoske.

Congratulations to Admiral Breckenridge on her upcoming change of command, lets hope that she appoints a qualified Master Chief to fill the position of PACAREA CMC.
Her staff needs to be ready for her style of leadership. She’s demanded to be treated like an Admiral since she was Commander and strung along her little brother for years.
