I had to google this. Intersex is hermaphroditism. Apparently hermaphrodites prefer to be called intersex now days. It is odd or maybe not that CGBlog lists this person on their website. Don’t visit this persons website or google this persons name unless you want to read post after post about this persons micropenis. This person is all over the internet and seems obsessed with their own intesex and telling the world about having a micropenis.

Making issue of the person’s medical condition is out of bounds in my opinion.

I don’t get it either. If this guy or gal wants to talk about Aux stuff that’s great. All the power to him or her. But the focus seems to be on being intersexed and how that relates to everything in this persons life.

No sure why they link to the site, it’s just weird.

Sorry that this topic has cropped up somewhere where it is not relevant.
    BUT:
Nick is not definitely representative of people with Kallmann Syndrome. He has been spouting his ill-informed nonsense in various places on the internet for some years now. In fact it is quite possible that he has some other condition, not Kallmann’s. He is a very confused young man, that’s for sure. Maybe he is intersex, maybe not. But Kallmann syndrome is NOT an intersex condition. The men with KS are men and the women with KS are women. Just as men with diabetes are men and women with diabetes are women.

    CGA Alum,

We’re not trying to make an issue of this person’s medical issue. All we did is research what this person is saying on the internet. The intersex issue is one this individual has written about all over the internet. It’s a condition that affects by some accounts 1 in every 100 births.

What we don’t find is people making an issue of their intersex condition on their professional websites such at this persons.

Has cgblog or CG-092 responded to your staff at why they have a link on their site to the blog of a man with obvious problems – mental not whatever hormonal or physical conditions he may or may not have? Furthermore, is this guy really in the Aux or just claiming to be? If so, how did he pass his background check?

We would not expect CGBlog or 092 and or CGRetort to respond. Caught is caught.

Looks like Jerry Johnson and the SSG staff counsel put a spook into him as he has pulled his comments. Hopefully one of your staff imaged it beforehand in case further legal action becomes necessary.

Coast Guard Report has no further comment on Nick Khamhou Dethoudom Chaleunphone’s site known as Nicky’s World. Counsel issued a Cease and Desist order this evening, and Chaleunphone has complied. We appreciate Chaleunphone’s willingness to comply with the order.

Seems this person has some issues and I don’t see why CGR would waste it’s time with him. It’s hard to keep up these days at CGR. This person is more a case for mental health professionals. So what if he was linked to at CGBlog, or is an Auxiliarist! I tend to take this side of “Team Coast Guard” less serious anyway. “Anybody” can join the AUX… The coverage on these topics seem more important in these fast-paced days at CGR:

    - Ptero Roost
    - CAPT Hamilton

Looking forward to Part II of Ptero Roost revelations…

    Great Goverage,

Some may view reporting these issues as “sensational,” and others just as sin. We tend to favor Admiral Thad Allen’s transparency stance. Coast Guard is a public trust, and accountable to the people. Thanks to great readers and On Scene Leaders around the world, we have uncovered a number of less than favorable topics. We currently have more irons in the fire than we have the ability follow leads on.

If you look around the Blogosphere and some of the comments left here, you’ll see that HQ hits us with a zinger from time to time that “we got it wrong.” The problem is none of the HQ team will ever tell us what we got wrong … just that we got it wrong. ALCOAST 457/08 and 458/08 set the policy for Coast Guard in dealing with Bloggers. The mandate seldom followed by HQ to help Bloggers get it right falls short of reality. As one OSL in 092 put it best, “we can’t correct you when you get it right.”

    Thanks for reading.

Nick has a (edited by CGReport), like OCD but rather more severe as he has no insight into his condition. The signs of something awry can be seen in his obsessively repetitious posts.

He’s been cyberstalking a number of people, and he’s also been ejected from every Intersex support site I know of over the last 5 years.

His other blogs, some of which are still available through the Wayback Machine, contain sexually explicit material. Nothing too bad, just describing manipulating his own genitalia etc.

He’s not a troll, nor a bad person. Just ill. He makes stuff up.

I really hope that the USCG can get him a full (edited by CGReport). He’s actually an intelligent and responsible person, who if (edited by CGReport) is successful would be an asset to the organisation. At the moment though, he’s unstable, but unlikely to be dangerous – except to anyone who’s intersexed or transsexual.

Disclaimer: as I’m one of those Intersexed people he’s currently cyberstalking under a variety of anonymous monickers (“sockpuppets”), I cannot be objective about the issue. I do think the CG mental health people should review him though, he has a long-term problem that shows signs of worsening. He deserves help.
